In questa puntata di Foodminds, realizzata in collaborazione con Relais & Châteaux, siamo andati nel cuore della provincia di Napoli, a Brusciano, per entrare in un luogo che è molto più di un ristorante: Taverna Estia. Qui ci ha accolto la famiglia Sposito, custode di una storia fatta di radici profonde, passione e visione. Un progetto nato alla fine degli anni ’90 grazie al padre Armando e trasformato negli anni dai suoi figli in uno dei luoghi simbolo dell’alta cucina italiana. Oggi a guidare Taverna Estia ci sono due fratelli: Francesco e Mario Sposito. Francesco, chef, è l’anima creativa della cucina: dopo esperienze nelle grandi cucine europee è tornato a casa per dare forma a una cucina elegante e profondamente legata al territorio vesuviano. Mario, sommelier e padrone di casa, è il volto dell’accoglienza, quello che accompagna gli ospiti in un’esperienza che mantiene ancora oggi il calore di una vera casa di famiglia.
