Ryan pushes back and says it's not the single choice but the change of behavior from someone who for 20+ years was the most focused man on the game to see him make certain choices seems out of character. Understanding this job and role doesn't come without backlash or public opinion, Ryan shares a recent moment where he had a private exchange with Lamar Jackson about a comment Ryan made about the quarterback's future which left Lamar feeling a certain way. Ryan went on to explain how he handled it and his confusion in how Lamar didn't choose to finish the conversation he started.
