Rafi is the owner of Proud Communities, a real estate firm based in Israel that buys and sells real estate properties in the US. His entrepreneurial journey began in 2008, when he got fired due to the financial crisis and was introduced to Robert Kiyosaki’s book, Rich Dad, Poor Dad. The book encouraged him so much to achieve financial stability and freedom through real estate that by the end of 2017, he made over 300 property transactions in the US and did fix & flips, wholesaling, and buy & hold properties. He decided to pivot and scale his business by shifting his focus to buying multifamily properties. He syndicated 766 units over 6 properties and is now working on 250 units that are value add deals in Atlanta.
