Later that same year, Caroline qualified for the Olympic Games in Beijing and won bronze in the women’s 4×200 freestyle relay. Today’s exchange is about Caroline’s path post-swimming and her hard-wrought journey of self-discovery. It’s a playbook on finding power in vulnerability, listening to your body, and using your voice when it matters most. One of my very favorite people, Burks and I are buddies going back several years.
